It could have been 5 star instead of 1. How would you rate a property if they don’t give you information how to get into the apartment, don’t answer the phone, doesn’t respond to message on Orbitz despite calling their contact number ever 30 minutes on the day to check in? They are not concerned that they didn’t send the information which they should have sent 72 hours before. In the morning that we were supposed to check in the phone finally was answered. We were told that they have been having problem with email for a few days and promised to send the email immediately. Hours went by there was no email. I was desperate and called their number every 30 minutes and there was no answer. We arrived at Paris at 3:30 PM and I called the number non stop and there was no answer. Every time that they didn’t answer I was convinced that I was being scammed since I have paid for the whole stay. I even started to look for another place to stay. It was 4:00 PM when the person answered the phone. She told me that the phone line was busy all day. She asked for my email which should have had. Still the email did not come. I called again and told her to give me the information through the Orbitz messaging which she does not seem to understand. Then she asked me if I have WhatsApp account. Luckily I have the account and gave it to her. Finally I got the information to check in. It was already 4:30 PM then. Horrible service. Otherwise great location.
