This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days.
The location is near the metro which is wonderful.
The apartment is clean inside. The outdoor seat cushions have been exposed to the elements for a long time and should be disposed of. There was a pool of water under the washing machine which we managed to mop up.
There was to have been a welcome package when we arrived but it was not there. No idea what we missed. There were no bathroom toiletries at first so maybe that was part of the welcome package.
Getting in the building requires an app setup to unlock the outside door. Probably good to have this on more than one phone in your party just in case something goes wrong.
The two inside layers of doors had PINs as backup to the app.
The management company was always responsive and helpful.
