Cute place and cheaper than a lot of the chain hotels. Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains and I liked that there was a little more privacy than a hotel. Close to town and attractions and restaurants. Check in was super easy and all online through email, although I didn’t realize that at first. I would definitely stay again.

The cabins are spaced out thoughtfully and having our own spacious deck to have coffee on and enjoy the air and scenery was relaxing. Lois was quick to answer any calls/questions we had and made checking in so easy to do without having to wait at a counter. It smelled so clean inside the cabin and it felt like we were the only ones to have been there before

This was a very convenient property for attending Dollywood. There were a few small things in the home that I would improve such as tightening the loose toilet that slams into the wall when you use it and add a blanket that fits the sofa bed, This home fits two people comfortably, but there was no room for our dog crate and we had to store our bags in the car since there is no where inside to keep it.

I gave it 5 stars because it is a very nice LITTLE space to stay that was very clean and safe. It also has a great club house. We were booked for two nights but left after one. The reasons we left early were because of the loft's lack of air and when my husband tried the hide-a-bed, it was very uncomfortable for a grown man. The accommodation was just not for us: 55 and too mature for glamping. The management was very considerate and is going to refund us the second night.

Make sure to read the negative reviews on this property before booking. Let me start out by saying that some of my negativity was personal preference and not doing enough research. First and foremost, when they say “tiny home” they mean TINY. It’s ridiculously small. The pictures don’t really show how small the cabins actually are or how close you are to your neighbors. The bed is upstairs and there is only about 3ft from the bed to the ceiling. Also, the bed is just a mattress on the floor. I have back problems. You have to crawl in and out of bed and down steep narrow stairs. The living area is not really enough space for 2 people to sit comfortably and watch tv. The bathroom is so small I kept hitting my head ln the ceiling. The room seemed to be clean at first. However, we had several earwigs in the bed, sink and shower. Also, multiple stink bugs. The property also allows dogs and people don’t keep them on a leash. Our neighbor had a very large what looked like a pit bull that when I went outside, it ran towards me barking which made me feel uncomfortable enough that I had to look out the window and make sure the dog wasn’t out if I wanted to go outside. Some positive things. The property did seem fairly new. The cabins looked new. What little interaction I had with staff, they were very friendly. If I could have afforded it I would have left the first night and stayed someplace else for the weekend. Do your research before booking. This property just wasn’t for me

I usually don’t feel well rested in hotels, but this tiny home made me feel as if I was home. From the thoughtful staff, great location, fabulous food options nearby, breathtaking Smokey Mountain views, to the incredibly beautiful yet very comfortable tiny home, I honestly don’t know what I loved the most. I’m ready to book again this year!!

Very cute homes & beautiful property. It was our first time staying in a tiny home versus a standard hotel & it was so much better. Our house was beautifully decorated & very comfortable. We plan to stay there again when we come back in October.

Great Place with lots of furture potential when construction is completed. Cabins have a really grear charm and look amazing, the view in the area is great. And comparatively for price to hotels its not a choice, pay a little bit more and you get so much more out of it.

Best stay ever!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in this cute, cozy and comfortable tiny cabin! It was the perfect amount of space for 3 people. Beautiful views, nice amenities and so much privacy. Also, the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. We can’t wait to be back!

We loved pretty much everything about our stay! The only tiny thing that was an inconvenience was the height of the microwave. We are all 5'4" and under, so it was very difficult to use. Other than that, zero complaints! Beautiful property and surroundings! We will definitely be back!
