We had some beautiful days staying here, Marcello was super helpful and gave us some heat recommendations on where to park, what to see and restaurants to try. The one downside was that the WiFi wasn’t amazing and we found it a bit hard to connect/ it kept dropping out. But we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt, sehr netter Kontakt, schnell erreichbar, man erhält Frühstücksvoucher, die Lage ist unschlagbar. Es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse. Pluspunkt: Mückennetze vor den Fenstern.

great little place right on the edge of town, we had a very pleasant stay for just the one night while traveling around Italy. The host was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend to others.

We had a really nice stay at Palazzo Fiscaiolo. The location is definitely the strong point — right in the historic center, so you can walk everywhere without needing a car, which makes everything much easier. The terrace is beautiful, with a lovely view of the cathedral, and the sea is literally just a few steps from the entrance. The room is cozy and has that typical charm of historic Apulian buildings. The old town itself is full of small alleys and very atmospheric. Even though it’s in the center, the street is quiet and a bit tucked away, so we slept very well without noise from the nightlife. Marcella was always available and very helpful, and she gave us some great tips for visiting the Valle d’Itria. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Staff were very helpful when we requested additional bedding (a cold wind in October). They also brought a heater. A slight smell from the bathroom (I think this common in historical centre). Lovely room.

A beautiful well-appointed room in an old palace. We had the basement room which was slightly darker by necessity to keep out the light of the passing tourists. The room was craftily constructed and was very tasteful set out. Set right in the heart of the old town on Monopoli which is beautiful and not to be missed.

We really loved the property and tried to take full advantage of the space, location, and amenities. We booked this property with the understanding there was AC, yet there was none because the machine was broken. We had a later check in on Saturday, so unfortunately, the hosts did not get back to us for about 12 hours. By that time it was Sunday and nobody could service the AC machine. With 30+ heat and in an underground “cave-like” structure, this was really difficult to manage. With that said, they did refund us for our entire stay as this

Great location

The woman was nice and got back to you right away but after housekeeping came in it didn’t even look like they cleaned the room. It was in a great location close and walkable to everything. Be aware that there are many narrow stairs to get to the rooms so no elevator. Beds were comfortable and you get a voucher for breakfast down the block.

Rent rom og hyggelig personale som var lett å få tak i. Det stemmer ikke at det er frokost her, så det var litt kjedelig ettersom det var en av grunnene til at vi booket dette stedet. Gateparkering var veldig vanskelig, og parkeringen til hotellet var full. Så anbefales å booke den på forhånd dersom man ikke vil kjøre rundt å lete etter parkeringsplass

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Palazzo Fiscaiolo Marcello var utrolig hjælpsom og vi kunne let komme i kontakt med ham Stedet ligger centralt i hyggelige Monopoli og vi vil til enhver tid anbefale Palazzo Fiscaiolo Stedet er rent og smukt indrettet Vi vil rigtig gerne komme tilbage

Værelse fyldt med fugt og kloak

Vi fik et forfærdelige værelse nede i deres kælder. (De har kun 3 værelser) og der lugtede af fugt. Ikke bare lidt. Mega meget af fugt. Manageren sagde selv, at hun aldrig vil sove der, men allerede skulle vi gøre det. Næste dag kunne vi ikke mere og fik endelig et nyt værelse. Men det udskiftede så lugten af fugt med kloak. Manageren ville ikke indrømme, at værelset lugtede af kloak, hvilket var så mærkeligt! Og hun gik endelig med til at give refundering for en overnatning, men det endte ikke med at være alle pengene. Og hvordan gik check in? De sagde, at man kunne komme ind fra kl 15, men deres manager var der selv først kl 16, så man mistede en time af sit liv på at vente på hende
