The hotel is clean and comfortable for a short stay of 1ā2 nights. However, communication by email or phone is very slow and unresponsive.
We were charged ā¬40 (which later became ā¬66) for a late check-in after 9 PM ā but all they did was send a 4-digit access code via WhatsApp. This charge feels unjustified. I would understand the fee if a staff member had to be physically present, but for an automated check-in process, itās excessive and feels like taking advantage of the situation.
Also, many reviews mention difficulties in getting the deposit back, which creates a sense of insecurity and makes guests feel uneasy. Not the most trustworthy impression. Expected to visit a reception at address A and stay in the room at address B or even C.
