This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty.
The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an elevator.
The sliding door to the balcony was nearly jammed and extremely difficult to open, creating both inconvenience and safety concerns.
