No me limpiaron la habitación la segunda mañana, y tampoco dejaron toallas limpias.

Excellent accommodation, in the heart of the town centre, walkable distance from almost everything. Room was small but really nice, bathroom was also really nice. Check-in process was easy using the Goki app. Would definitely recommend.

Room was very clean and well stock with everything we needed. Staff were very polite and helpful. Kitchen facilities were amazing every thing you need was there. Ideal location in the centre of Harrogate. We manage to park around 10 minutes walk away by the Duchy Hospital

Very convenient central location. Short walk from railway station. Tidy and clean with kitchenette. Everything needed for a one night stay. Tesco and McDonalds opposite. Once I had contacted the host access was very easy

The check in system was far from straight forward. Had to contact on arrival as still no entry code or room number. The room was pleasantly furnished but a terrible smell, musty and possibly damp. I didn’t personally like the fact the room had no window.

Amazing room. We didn't want to leave to go out it was so nice. The only issue we had was with people in the rooms banging round in the early hours but we will stay again as it was hopefully a one off.

Positives: The accommodation was reasonably clean, the location was fabulous within the reach of many restaurants, shops, and the supermarkets, the cleaner, Erica, was professional, although right in the middle of the city, the noise level was very low and the sun blocking shutter was great, comfortable bed, very large and clean beach towels, room service was appreciated, I would recommend this place. Negatives: the space was tight, there is no lift so a bit tough getting the heavy luggage up the stairs to the top floor, the bathroom had a strong smell coming out of the drain which was unpleasant (would help to have it drained)

Good location but basic accommodation, no good if you have accessibility needs as there is no lift and lots of stairs

6/10 Buena

The room was as described, it was clean, easy to find and parking two minute walk away. The only issue we had was a serious lack of sleep. I don’t know what it was but something was banging all night above us, and as we appeared to be on the top floor we can only assume it was coming from the roof, but it severely effected our nights sleep. It was like something loose so yeah kept me awake most of the night. One more little thing, the smoke alarm has a red flashing light, directly above the bed again effecting sleep

I would have given the accommodation the full 5 stars had it not been for the used sanitary product left in the bathroom bin, presumably from the last occupant. Good location Great price Cleaning needs more attention

All was good, bed is comfy. Room was a little dark, and the outside is noisy with folks making a racket during the night. But, nothing at all wrong with the room etc

Perfectly functional and well served hotel in central harrogate. Would be useful if some kind of parking deal was available, but otherwise superb. Note - no lift.

Perfect short stay in Harrogate. Our apartment had everything we needed and it’s in the heart of town! The building outside doesn’t do justice of what the place looks like inside - it has a modern luxury feel to it. They’ve also accommodated for a request I made for a very special occasion. They were so thoughtful! We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much! x

Check in a bit troublesome using the app to apparently get a key this never worked for us but staff at hotel quickly replied to my query and gave me codes to use to access doors. Hotel really well located, rooms good and clean, but our bathroom which was clean had a terrible drain odour . We had to keep bathroom door closed tight to stop the smell coming into the room
