Amazing room. We didn't want to leave to go out it was so nice. The only issue we had was with people in the rooms banging round in the early hours but we will stay again as it was hopefully a one off.

Perfectly functional and well served hotel in central harrogate. Would be useful if some kind of parking deal was available, but otherwise superb. Note - no lift.

Perfect short stay in Harrogate. Our apartment had everything we needed and it’s in the heart of town! The building outside doesn’t do justice of what the place looks like inside - it has a modern luxury feel to it. They’ve also accommodated for a request I made for a very special occasion. They were so thoughtful! We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much! x

Check in a bit troublesome using the app to apparently get a key this never worked for us but staff at hotel quickly replied to my query and gave me codes to use to access doors. Hotel really well located, rooms good and clean, but our bathroom which was clean had a terrible drain odour . We had to keep bathroom door closed tight to stop the smell coming into the room

Super convenient and easy if you just need somewhere to lay your head in the area. No frills but lovely apartment, freshly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and super convenient location. Perfect for my business trip.

Great location in the centre of Harrogate, 2-3 mins walk to shops and bus and train station Downside to being in the centre of town is parking very expensive, but we did manage to find free parking on Duchy Road 15mins walk away if you don’t mind carrying your bags The apartment itself was very clean, and very good quality, we had everything we needed and more, great to av a fridge n small freezer in this hot weather, a fan and free water was even provided, we didn’t use them because we were so in the centre of town but there were cooking facilities too Great stay, would definitely recommend

In general we enjoyed our stay in the Aparthotel. It is well located, and despite the hot day, the room was a comfortable temperature, with a fan provided. The one disappointment was that at 02.05 the fire alarm started to go off and this was not rectified until 03.00. Reading other comments, this seems to be quite a common occurrence at the hotel. A real shame as we had to leave the hotel at 0600 to go to the airport, so our stay was badly disrupted. I would be willing to give the hotel another chance.

Lovely apartment, immaculately clean and easy to access. Great location , plenty of nearby parking. Thankful for the extra touches from the host on a very hot weekend, yes there isn't any air con but most hotels in this area don't have it. A super powerful fan was provided, blinds were kept closed and ice cold water supplied as well as a thin sheet to use instead of a quilt if preferred. Comfy bed , nice shower. I'm knocking a star off as the noise was pretty bad, as others have mentioned it is opposite a (24hr) McDonald's... we probably had it a bit worse as it was the night of the England match so lotssss of drunken people until even 6am! However we would stay there again with ear plugs :)

Very nice apartment - clean and tidy. When I arrived I did however find the room open and pillows lying on the floor (bed made). Only thing to note is that if you are facing the front - it can be noisy as McDonalds (open 24hrs) is opposite which woke me up a couple of times as I was staying on Friday night. Other than that a nice room at good value.
