It was just okay. Room was clean but, they are stingy with towels. Walls are PAPER thin!! There is no breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants around and a WalMart right across the street. Staff was nice enough.

This was my first extended stay hotel and it was pretty nice! I didn't really get to use the full kitchen other than the full-size fridge, but the room was spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom had so many handles everywhere that any wobbly person would be perfectly fine in it! This definitely a more functional location as the views are alright minus all of the construction. If you're planning to stay somewhere for awhile, but don't want to pay airbnb costs for all of the amenities, this is a great spot! I will say though that the doors do not block out the noises in the hallway, but my floor was pretty quiet at night.

There were no staff onsite to check you into the hotel on a Saturday after 4 pm. You are asked to call a phone number from the phone, located in the breezeway of the entry. We arrived at 4:25 pm and tried the number for 45 minutes before calling Hotels.com to assist and even they were unable to reach the property. We sat at the property for about an hour and 15 minutes, while we were on the phone, and no one ever answered or came. Hotel.com eventually assisted us in finding another Hotel at no cost, so props to them for doing that.

No shampoo. Only a tiny hand soap. Nobody helping at the desk. We had to call the property to complain. The first night, no service. The next day the owner said he is new to the business, and he didn't have enough help. Then why does he list the property?

Let’s start with the good. The beds are very comfortable, the staff were very friendly when they were there. The staff are only on duty from 9am-8pm and 11am on the weekends or something like that. Since it is new, everything is clean and smells nice, and the beds are very comfortable. Each room has a lot of plugs. However, they have some functional design flaws, and general amenity deficiencies. For example, my brother-in-law needed a handicap room, which he got but it didn’t have a shower seat or a walk-in shower. There are no Kleenex. The only toiletries provided is one bar of shower soap. There aren’t hand towels. Each room has a refrigerator with a freezer and two ice trays, but there isn’t an ice machine. Not all rooms have sun blocking capabilities. There are blinds but light still comes through. Overall the price was reasonable, we always felt safe. I realize some of the deficiencies listed may be a matter of opinion. But at least anyone reading the review knows what to expect.

This property was perfect for my needs. It is brand new so everything is clean and looks fresh. The bed was comfortable. The AC and heat both worked well. I used the fridge and freezer but not the microwave or cooktop. I read ahead of time that the kitchen is not stocked with dishes so I brought my own. I think the bad reviews are from people who have not read about the property. Yes, it is has limited desk hours. Yes, you need to provide your own toiletries. There are no special amenities… no pool, no breakfast, no fancy toiletries. And because of that, the price is phenomenal. I only paid $67 a night. I only stayed 4 nights so I didn’t have any housekeeping services. That was fine with me… it is clear in the description of the property. In fact I only saw staff when checking in and out. My room was located conveniently at the end of the hall by the stairs and I was able to get in and out of my room quickly and easily. I did use the elevator and a provided cart for moving in and out. My only complaint is there is not a lot of insulation of noise. I did hear a lot of noise above me and next to me. The room next to me seemed to have an active conversation from midnight to 3 each night. I don’t fault the hotel for that. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I am in the Rogers area. The location is excellent. You are very close to a Walmart and other shopping, gas, fast food and local restaurants. As well as interstate 49.

Arrived after 8pm. The lobby was locked up tight. Finally got ahold of the attendant, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was very clean. NO amenities in the room, bathroom. Take your own toiletries and products. Take your own pillow if you need more than one. Needed an extra blanket and extra towels/washcloths, but once again, desk was closed. These were not available. The only amenity I used was coffee in the lobby on the way out, which is their only free offering. Go here for quiet, cleanliness, value…take your own toiletries, soap, pillow, blanket, and maybe extra towels and washcloths if you are there more than a day and night. The surrounding area is new and clean. We felt very safe. We would recommend this location, and will be prepared next time.
