Quarto escuro demais, falta iluminação. Isolamento acústico do quarto péssimo, a pessoa em cima pisoteando por horas e não conseguimos dormir bem. Ar condicionado barulhento. Cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom. O hotel no geral precisa de uma reforma, atualizar, está um pouco defasado. Café da manhã excelente, atendimento muito bom e ótima localização, muito próximo ao shopping e praias.

Hotel: Costumo me hospedar em hotéis da rede mas esse exclusivamente de Vitória - Porto deixou muito a desejar. Hotel antigo cheirando a mofo, academia minúscula com aparelhos em pessimas condições ( vergonha ), piscina ok, estacionamento vallet ok ( apesar de ser pago - 18,90 diária ), café da manhã ok. Quarto: Pessima e estressante experiência com as cortinas da minha suite, muitas janelas e as cortinas não lacravam totalmente passando luminosidade ao amanhecer do dia, ou seja as 6 hs da manhã o quarto não estava completamente escuro gerando um grande desconforto, box do banheiro vazando água, chuveiro maravilhoso de bom, máquina de café quebrada ( levei 2 dias pra resolver o problema), camareira veio fazer a limpeza mas não levou o lixo do quarto, não trocou o jogo de cama ( minha esposa menstruou e sujou e lençol ), quarto mal iluminado e a porta para fechar completamente vc precisa bater com muita força fazendo barulho excessivo incomodando outros hóspedes. Não recomendo e não me hospedo mais neste hotel
