Arcadia hotel is a nicely renovated property, reasonably priced and close to the River district park and downtown.

Great hotel, rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. Hotel location is great, next to many eating and drinking establishments that are within walking distance. Parker the General Manager was very helpful with an issue we had with our reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants a comfortable, clean and quaint hotel experience!

Good accommodations in a central location at a goods price point. Would love to see a water cooler or fountain to refill water bottles in the reception room.

Clean, comfortable and central to everything! Easy check in and check out process and pleasant text interaction with the staff when needed.

Amazing stay. The only issue was there being loud banging noises in the rooms attached to the main lobby throughout the night. The sound proofing is not great there. Other than that, it was a very nice and beautifully decorated space.

Loved the self check in check out, very done hotel

This place is beautiful… newly remodeled, very stylish and the best shower ever. But it’s also very tiny. No closet, but plenty of hooks. I like the contactless check in process and being able to go right to my room.
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

No staff on-site. The floor in my room was grimy. I booked a room advertised as having a queen-size bed, but it was only full-size. Extremely overpriced for the room that I got.
Opinión verificada

2/10 Mala

Their contactless check in doesn’t work properly and I didn’t get my check in information until 1am on the night I was supposed to be there. They were not helpful at all, just continuing to tell me to do the identity verification which I did 4 times. Super rude, had to book a completely different hotel. Do not stay here.
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

Bed and pillows were not comfortable. There was a very narrow table that was not big enough to eat a meal. Location was great. Parking was easy using the overflow lot.

I arrived late and with checking being on contact everything went well. I was a little upset there was no ice machine available after hours, but otherwise it was a good stay. The room was kind of small but fine foe just me.
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

The location was convenient for our stay and what we needed. However, the seal under the door had a big gap and we experienced a lot of bugs within our room.

Cute little hotel! Very clean and quiet. Everything is contactless which was honestly really great. Would stay again!
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

Parking was a little tight and the rooms are smaller than they appeared in the pictures. Very clean and close to the things we were doing for our stay.
Opinión verificada

Room was spacious and black out curtains did well. Business down the road was a bit noisy. There is a book vending machine! It would be good if all selections were available. Ice and buckets were in the main office. Bigger trash cans would be good. Parking was a bit tricky. All in all it was a good stay with the family.
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

I had a great stay. The room was very clean and everything felt fresh and new. My only complaints is parking. They don’t have a lot of stalls so if you plan on parking close to the vicinity, you need to get in early before all of the parking spots are taken up! They do provide overflow parking on the corner street. However, not being familiar with the area, I didn’t like leaving my car so far away from me.

Great AC, very clean room. Bed was just full size. Contact free check in & out. Convenient parking. Area of town looks like it's starting some revitalization, maybe starting with this hotel.

Contactless check in was easy, and the room was cute and comfy.
