Much better than it used to be, just small glitches stopping the 5-star rating - running out of milk and apple juice a breakfast time xample. But owner and staff work hard and present a really good feeling.

Room was clean but had to ask for toilet rolls and coffee. Staff very friendly. Had to ask for butter for toast at breakfast. Location very good easy parking. My only issue was the bathroom had to climb steps to get into bath when you are both pensioner was not very safe. We enjoyed our stay anyway
