Subject: Issue With Room Booking – Sofa Bed Missing
Dear Best Western Fort Saskatchewan
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out regarding our stay last night. When we arrived, we discovered that our king room did not include the sofa bed as stated in our booking. This left us with only one bed for three people, which was quite challenging.
I did speak with the front desk at the time, but unfortunately the situation was not resolved. I was told the issue was due to booking through Expedia, which I found disappointing, especially as the listing clearly indicated a sofa bed. My son ended up sleeping on the floor, which is obviously not ideal.
We had traveled all the way from Jasper and had no alternative accommodations available. No alternative solutions or compensation were offered, and I believe this warrants follow-up. I would appreciate it if either the hotel or Hotels.com could address the inaccurate listing and offer some form of compensation or resolution for the inconvenience caused.
