The design is appealing and the location in Kamppi is excellent. Customer service was reachable via WhatsApp, though the guest area website was hard to find. Mid-stay cleaning needs to be requested separately.
Unfortunately the stay was marked by several issues. The shower temperature control broke on day one — the water was freezing cold. A repair was made the next day but the water remained only lukewarm. The dish brush was missing for most of the stay despite being reported. The headboard was dusty on arrival.
On two separate evenings there were noise disturbances. On the first, the source was never identified. On the second, staff tried to reach the local team by phone but couldn't, and the noise continued.
When I complained, the offer moved from 15% to 35% to 40% off one night — only after I followed up myself. During the process, the hotel made claims about staff visits that did not reflect what actually happened. I accepted 40% as a partial resolution, but it doesn't reflect the full picture.
