I had a great stay! Lovely spacious room. Super friendly staff. We went to Neni for dinner, reservations needed but great dinner and had some drinks in the boilerroom after. Lots of things are in walkable distance otherwise the U4 is just a short walk away. Definitely van recommend and would stay here again!

Great room, with everything we needed and more. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Great design throughout the hotel, we didnt have the breakfast as we thought €27 was overpriced. There are great cafes and bakeries near by that offer less than half that price. We walked everywhere most days, it was very well located in a quiet area. Would definitely go back.

One of the most flawlessly designed hotels I’ve ever seen. Everything from the room and facilities furniture and decor down to the cutlery in the restaurant is consistently inspired by the industrial maritime theme that sets Hamburg apart. The atmosphere and the setting are so unique and so beautifully implemented as to be an experience by themselves. On top of that, the service is impeccable, the location as central as it gets, and many thoughtful details — from the jogging kit to the free minibar — make the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

In the first room, I found hairs on the bed. The employee who I approached was very unpolite and unfriendly. The hotel is surrounded by constructions. The bathroom I had was tiny and had no cupboard to place my clothes. Wouldn't go there again for a business trip.

I stayed here for 3 nights but my room was not cleaned during my stay even though I requested it during check in when I was asked. I also took the option of paying at the hotel, but once there they did not provide me with a receipt or invoice as they said I would receive it from hotels.com. I have requested it again through message and still no response.

Hipp aber düster: Zimmer sollen wohl schick sein, sind aber nach meiner Meinung eher unpraktisch. Frühstück entspricht nicht dem was ich in dieser Hotelkategorie und für den Preis von immerhin 26€ erwarten würde, zudem keine nennenswerten veganen Optionen. Ungefragtes Duzen der Mitarbeiter soll wohl jung und dynamisch wirken, ist für mich aber eher respektlos. Wer Wert auf einen Hipster-Stil legt wird sich wohl fühlen; ich stehe mehr auf Substanz statt Deko.

Amazing hotel

The most amazing hotel. Second time I was there, last time with my partner, now with my daughter. We loved it then, now my daughter LOVED is as well. We found the ”gaming lounge” at the first floor, my daughter is 10 and she was so happy. The rooms are amazing, the lobby - the nicest lobby I’ve ever been to. And the sauna 😍 They also happen to have an amazing restaurant and a bar around the corner, where I discovered that Amaretto sour is my favourite drink. I recommend this hotel to everyone I know now. And will be booking a stay soon again 🙂‍↔️
