We’re always happy to stay at the H+ Hotel in Hürth when we travel. We know what to expect, and the kids are familiar with the rooms and breakfast—they even have their favourite foods now. The location is great: it’s not far from the motorway and is close to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This Hotel is exactly as it shows. The carpet smelled a bit in the room, I had to have the doors wide open for fresh air, for me it was warm during my stay and we were given a room with no ac ☹️. I asked for one and was told maintenance hadn’t set it up yet. But the reception did bring me a fan for the night- kudos to him. He provided us with a map and bus route in case we did it want to drive. Plenty of safe parking. On another note, breakfast was great for us, friendly staff. Thank you.
