We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, we didn’t realise we arrived on their first day of the season but found everything to be organised, super clean, and the staff were all so friendly and polite which is really important to us. The pool area is very nice and was relaxing, and the bar staff were also super lovely and helpful (thanks for making my oat milk drinks!) The bedroom we had with a balcony was really nice, I would advise that unless you’re happy to sleep in 2 single beds as a couple. To ask for a double mattress topper, which we did. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Portals, we would be happy to return, thanks!

Our stay here was great. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, calling taxis, making recommendations for dinner and other sights to see in the area. The breakfast was great and the resturant was also excellent. A major bonus was that they allowed you to stay and use the amenities after check out, and provided you with a courtesy room to use to freshen up before going to the airport!
