They lost my car keys, and my pants , they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, even though it was, when I ordered food they wouldn’t let me bring it in, they told me I had to eat it past the property line then I could come back. The staff seemed eager to take advantage of the fact I am not a native French or Arabic speaker.

Avis : Très déçue de mon séjour – je ne recommande pas Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès l’arrivée, j’ai constaté un manque flagrant d’hygiène : la chambre était sale, les draps semblaient simplement refaits mais pas changés, et les parties communes laissaient à désirer. La nourriture était médiocre, peu de choix et très peu de saveur. Pire encore : certaines de mes affaires ont disparu, notamment des crèmes de soin personnelles laissées dans la salle de bain. Aucun retour ou solution proposée par le personnel. un hôtel mal entretenu, au service approximatif, et sans sécurité pour les affaires personnelles. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne le recommande pas.

Et ils ont essayé de m’arnaquer au niveau du spa les prix étais affiché sur une pancarte et la dame m’a demandé le double du pris qui été noté, je n’ai pas voulu faire la prestation j’ai uniquement pris le massage et niveau propreté c’était pas ouf. Un problème de communication. Nous sommes arrivés on nous annoncé que notre réservation n’avais pas était payée hors que si elle avait belle et bien était réglé débité sur mon compte en temps réel. Ensuite en arrivant nous avons payé le petit déjeuner le matin au petit déjeuner à notre grande surprise (encore une fois) on nous annonce que le Petit déjeuner n’est pas réglée pour ensuite nous dire non c’est bon. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié ce manque d’organisation que ça soit à l’accueil pour la réservation ou au petit déjeuner. Vaudrais mieux revoir l’organisation administrative nois voulions rajouter un jour supplémentaire mais à la suite de ces problèmes cela nous a décourager tant pis il ont perdu 200 euros supplémentaires. Dommage car l’hôtel est vraiment très beau et bien placé.
