En ese hotel vive la peor noche de mi vida , incluso salí a las 2:30 am para dormir en mi carro , el olor era terrible , todo es viejo y en mal estado , el aire acondicionado nunca enfrió y hacía un fuerte sonido de minuto a minuto, jamás volvería a ir a ese hotel y mucho menos lo recomendaría

Rooms were old, building is hot and humid and the a/c in the room is extremely loud you can hardly sleep. Also very poor lighting you have to rely on 2 small lamps to light the room.

Holes in the carpet/ holes in the mattress/ there was no peephole in the door so they stuffed the hole with tissue / entrance to escalators upstairs was a storage room door wouldn’t shut and outside air was blowing in so it was cold. We didn’t even check the air in the room or the TV. We just left.

The breakfast area was poorly stocked, with only a limited selection of items available in the early morning. For instance, there were just four muffins and three rolls, and once they were gone, they were not replenished. We stayed for two nights, and during our second breakfast, I encountered the same issue; the waffle mix was also unavailable when I arrived at 8:15 AM. I asked the receptionist at the front desk about it, and she apologized, saying, "We're sorry; our truck is on its way." The building is outdated, with many things broken or loose, and it is in urgent need of remodeling. As for the bed mattress—oh my goodness! When I sit on it, I can feel the springs, and it creaks as I move. Terrible bed mattress! "But you got what you paid for." We decided to use this hotel because it is pet-friendly, my highest recommendation. Avoid this hotel if you can afford 20 dollars extra a night.

What hot tub?? Breakfast wasn't that good - no eggs, potatoes, or sausage, oranges were the only fruit, apple flavor was the only juice. Furnishings in room were terrible, bed very uncomfortable which made loud creaking noises at slightest movement. Toilet plumbing was in bad shape, slippery bathtub bottom - had to be very careful to avoid falling, wood panels on floor were coming up and had to be careful walking, very few towels/wash cloths, coffee not provided after breakfast hours, no hair dryer in room, no maid service on 2nd day of stay. Dogs were allowed inside property and one (pit bull) was running loose without a leash - I was afraid of getting bitten. Staff was either rude, indifferent, or uncaring. Property is in much worse condition than it was the last time I was there!!

I did not stay. When i went to the room i found it was very dirty. Toilet seat broken, rotten food inside refrigerator. Floors had not been vacuumed or swept. Room was disgusting so i went to front desk & told them i could not stay.

Room was gross, AC loud and inconsistent. Skipped breakfast because it was sketchy. Dead cockroach on the floor. Bed lacked pillows. Didn’t dare to pull down bed covers for fear of what was under it. If you told me there was a dead body in the room some time in the past I wouldn’t be surprised.

Luckily I was only there for 6 hours to get some sleep. Place reeked of stale cigarette smoke from the 80’s. Huge stain on sofa! I tried not to touch much, get some sleep and get the heck out of there
