We stayed at Grand Manor for two nights and three days as part of a special trip to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday. We chose the property primarily because of its proximity to the spa where we had her birthday treatment planned for the following day, so the location worked very well for our needs.
Our communication with the host, Boipelo, was excellent. He was friendly, responsive, and made every effort to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. We especially appreciated his willingness to assist us, including helping with our bags when we checked out.
The property itself is beautiful and surrounded by nature, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. We were able to spend time outside, swim, and even share a meal with some of the other guests, which created a warm, welcoming, and social atmosphere. The setting really added to the experience.
One important area for improvement is accessibility. Unfortunately, the property is not currently handicap friendly, and there is no handicap ramp. For guests with mobility limitations, navigating the property can be challenging, and we noticed this immediately
