The airport transfer was seamless, the luggage porter attentive, and the reception team ensured that our check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The resort itself is absolutely picturesque. Each morning felt like something out of a dream, waking up to the gentle sound of birds, with the sea just beyond, and a view from our room that was simply breathtaking. Room was good. For the type of environment you are professing to be EVERY staff member should be kind and courteous. I did not see it or feel it. A few bad ones can ruin a rating. As a medical provider, no one was around the spa area downstairs. If someone were hurt or passed out, no one would know until another visitor went downstairs. There was no water available like in other spas. No place to put towels>>> attention to detail..simple things, no costs added, could be done.
