Want to say it was "fine for the cost," but my stay was pretty expensive. Either the pillows or bedding (maybe both) smelled funky, there was food in fridge from the previous guests, the shower curtain rod was falling down, and the A/C housed a cranky loud demon. I had to full-on shoulder my way into the warped door each time (which used a good old-fashioned key and chain-lock; didn't mind this-- keycards are so touchy, but definitely added to the vibes). I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure what the staff could possibly do, and the check-in staff had been friendly and welcoming. Quiet hours were rough, with no noise buffering between rooms; my sound machine app earned its keep this stay.
Pros: The ice machine was conveniently located and worked well, and the instant coffee machine was there 24/7. For some reason there was a team of giant mastiffs being walked outside at one point -- big plus in my book.
