Excellent location with Paddington Station one block away. Shops nearby for water and snacks. Clean rooms. Small bathrooms, but that’s Europe for you. Would definitely stay here again.

everything was good. staff was nice and helpful just be reminded that they have NO LIFT. so, if u stay at upper floor, u will be expecting to carry your luggage walk up the stairs. no very recommended for people and gues with bigger size like me as you might feel too narrow or small to fit.

The Norfolk is really convenient to Paddington Station. The nearness makes travelling around London super easy. The surrounding area is busy but safe. Inside the hotel is clean. Staff were always on site and helpful. I would stay here again.

Perfect location right beside Paddington. Easy to access train to all over London and UK. The room was small but with all necessary you need. Air kondition was great.

Nice simple hotel, stayed 1 night without almost any luggage. Going up to the 4th floor was long but worth it as the room was quiet. The space in the room was limited (as usual in London) but enough for what I needed. The only somewhat weird part was that the shower had no curtain and was tiny, so I was uncomfortable trying not to splash too much outside. The location of the hotel was fantastic with just a few steps from the tube. Extremely nice and friendly staff, thanks a lot!!

The staff was so kind and friendly and helpful , very accommodating with quite literally everything . We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. The beds were comfy , the tv had Netflix and everything like that it was so lovely !

Localisation idéale et petit hôtel de charme, calme, très bien entretenu, on s'y sent bien. A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (4 étages seulement) mais le personnel est toujours disponible pour aider à porter les valises. Je recommande !

Fantastic location 5 minutes walk from Paddington. Very clean and well equipped, newly renovated with really helpful friendly staff. Yes bathrooms tiny but spotless and had everything you could need and more. Some noise but that's expected in a period building in a major city. Would not hesitate to book again.

We were on the fourth floor but it has double flights of stairs and there were a lot! Wasn’t a problem for us but if you’d struggle make sure you request a lower floor. Booked a cozy double and it was cozy but has everything we needed. Bathroom again was cozy but was clean. View out the window was the trees in the park opposite. Aircon was brilliant

Average London stay. There was mould in my room I could hardly breath at some point. I had to have windows open at all times. I knew what I was getting. I was hopeful but They won’t see me again.

Having to pay £100 (holding fee) is not needed. Only hotel I’ve stayed at that does this. Not a fan of this method. Staff very friendly & would recommend. Great location as well. Fairly comfortable although you can hear what’s going on in the adjacent rooms.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, ein paar Schritte von Paddington Station. das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. auch das Badezimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber sauber. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Das war eine super Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis.

The hotel room was very clean and cutely decorated. However, the room was extremely small and almost nonexistent space to put anything. The bathroom was also extremely small with no shelves. We also had been unaware that there were no lifts and we replaced on the third floor.. Thankfully, the hotel staff was kind enough to carry our suitcases up for us. Some members of the staff were friendly and very helpful, others not so much. If you’re just needing a quiet clean place to sleep and a tiny bathroom and shower is not an issue, this was a good place for the value. We were also very pleased that the air-conditioning worked well as we were there during a very hot time.

Very small room, however is an ideal location for a very short stay. Staff woke us up at 12am telling off other guests next door. Not well handled. Overall for the price, there are better options available.

Good price compared with other hotels in central London and very close to all the transport links around Paddington station. Lovely reception staff. Room was great, comfy bed and crisp linen. Bathroom very small - everything you need and a good shower but it wouldn't suit a larger person. Door would benefit from more soundproofing - I could hear guests in the rooms opposite talking, but maybe I was unlucky and they were being particularly loud.
