This hotel was okay, it just wasn’t a good fit for us. The pillows were too flat and hard, and my gf woke up with a slightly sore back from the mattress. Also, the breakfast buffet was okay but slightly disappointing. It didn’t have quite as many options as some other hotels, and some items ran out relatively quickly. I did like their system of breakfast tickets to prevent overcrowding, but I recommend against choosing the final time slot as several dishes will be gone by then. There were a couple of times when we had to wait a bit for an elevator, but it wasn’t too bad, since this property has two elevators.
The hotel location on the south side of the station was good. It was just 5 mins from the station (north of the hotel) and about the same to the konbini (south of the hotel). We also walked to Senba Lake in about 15 minutes.
Bottom line: If you don’t mind a firm mattress and flat pillow, this hotel is probably a good choice. If you prefer something more comfortable, you may prefer another choice.
