Room was small but tidy and had everything we needed. Bed and linens were so comfortable—we slept quickly and well. We had just arrived in Tokyo from our flight from the US, so it was great to have a place easy to get to from Tokyo station, and where we could quickly get clean and rested. Location is very convenient for food, train, and Akihabara (which is about a 15 min walk). Ueno, Asakusa, and Ginza aren't too far either. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and roomy for one person. Besides that the room was a bit too warm for me everything about this place was great.

Good location, very near to multiple subway lines with direct access to Tokyo Station. Multiple convenient stores located within the vicinity of the hotel. This is a budget minded property. Small room with its own bathroom water closet. No guests allowed, not a lot of frills. Still very welcoming, very clean, and easy to get to multiple JR and subways. Family mart and 7 eleven next door and across the street. Good dining area 4 blocks away. Perfect for someone that plans to stay out exploring and just needs a landing pad to sleep. Would recommend unless you are looking for more amenities ie. Spa, bar etc

The hotel advertises air conditioning but really it's just very slightly cooler is blown around by a fan that turns on and off throughout the night. So, I was covered in sweat all night and couldn't sleep. Plus, the smell it smelled strongly of mildew and cigarette smoke. Staff, however, were very nice.
