I stayed here while attending an event at the Prague Expo and booked because the hotel is new, reasonably priced, and within walking distance of the venue.
The location for the expo is genuinely convenient, the staff were polite, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also looks modern, although there were already visible marks/signs of wear on some walls and finishes.
Unfortunately, I decided to check out early because I simply could not sleep properly here.
The main issue was that the hotel does not have air conditioning (nor a fridge in the room) and the curtains/blinds are extremely ineffective. During my stay temperatures were around 29°C, and the room became very bright very early in the morning (around 5am). Even with the windows open overnight, the combination of heat and full daylight made it impossible for me to get proper rest.
I asked reception whether there might be a fan available, but none were available. They did say they would pass the feedback on to management, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was okay, but items that should have been kept cooler, such as butter and charcuterie, were already warm.
If I had known these things in advance, I personally would not have booked here. Because the property is so new with limited reviews, I wanted to leave honest feedback so future guests can make a more informed decision.
