The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus.
The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring).
The rooms themselves are large and spacious, certainly beautiful and designed in a comfortable way for the guest.
But, this is where all this beauty ends!
We arrived exactly two days after the end of the season, which was felt right at the hotel:
Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, even when requested, towels are placed and that's it. All-inclusive, it's not! There are regular meals, but, if you don't arrive at the beginning of each meal, the food remains dry and dehydrated and most of it is inedible, which is a shame! Because the ingredients are good, just not properly maintained in the buffets!
If I can summarize in a few words:
It is advisable to come during the tourist season (May-September) to get the best service!
