The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo.

#1 is that the staff, especially Eloisa, was amazing! She helped us so much with everything (ordering pizza, transportation, directions to shopping, translating etc). Her English was great, and it was so helpful to have someone help us around town with the little Portugese we spoke. The hotel itself was updated and very modern. There were Alexas in each room (that turned lights and A/C on and off) and they used facial recognition in lieu of room and hotel entrance keys. The small pool was on the rooftop and had a gorgeous view of the city lights (we only went at night). They even had a little convenience store in the lobby with snacks, frozen foods and I believe toothpaste/etc. The beds were comfy, the kitchenette worked as expected and the A/C worked well (which was a necessity for us when coming in from the humidity). Overall we were thoroughly happy, we'd stay there again if we went back and we would recommend the hotel to anyone!

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, however our check-in was problematic. The first room we got had water leaking by the toilet and then we got moved to another room and there was still a little water leaking in that room. The front desk got maintenance to fix it, but we lost a lot of time sightseeing having to change rooms. There was also too much technology trying to enter the lobby or get into your room, with individualized key cards and it just made access annoying. The room itself was fairly nice and the breakfast buffet was decent.

I made double payment in this hotel by mistake through even though its very clear that its double payment for the same room and they did not loose anything they refused to refund claiming its their hotel policy. They are very unhelpful. And try to take advantage of the guest. Doesnt care about the guest satisfation. The hotel is very old. Sheets and towels are worn out. The area is very noisy and it is hard to sleep at night. It deserves only 2 stars.

Relatively new hotel. Quick check-in. Facial recognition for door entry is ok for people that lose key cards, but more of a gimmick than helpful. The triple room is quite tight when storing bags for 3 people. Cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was the highlight with friendly service at the cooking station and good variety. Location is good, but rooms facing the main road behind the hotel have traffic noise 24/7 as windows are not sound proof. Bring earplugs!
