The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building, and there is no elevator. When we arrived, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage to the room. However, when we left around 5 am, to catch our flight, no one was available to help, so we had to carry our luggage down to the second floor, where the entrance is located. The shower and toilet are in the same small space, so after taking a shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. For one or two nights, this hotel is okay, but I personally wouldn’t stay longer. It is quite loud. You can hear the persons of the other rooms. On the positive side, the employees are fantastic—very friendly and helpful—and the rooms are nice and comfortable like in the pictures.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. He assisted us with our luggage and even monitored the security cameras to see when guests arrived, stepping out immediately to help with check-in and storage. When we returned later to pick up our stored bags in the afternoon, he came out to offer us cold water in the air-conditioned lounge, which can be entered only with hotel key. It was a very hot and humid day, and being able to cool down before our walk to the train station was a wonderful, thoughtful touch. So even though the hotel room is small, I recommend this hotel for short stay, for its cleanness and wonderful staff.

I stayed here with my two teenagers. We had a room with a bunk bed that could comfortably sleep two people on each level. At first, I was a little concerned because there was no elevator and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but the staff was incredibly helpful, carrying our heavy luggage up and down for us when we arrived and departed. We also loved the cute kitchen where you can have simple breakfast. It was so convenient, and my son absolutely loved making Nutella sandwiches there every morning! What impressed me most was the incredible flexibility and kindness of the staff. I wish I had gotten their names, but both of them were exceptionally friendly. They even offered to move our laundry into our room once it finished drying so we could head out early without waiting around. It was clear that the staff genuinely enjoy working there and chatting with travelers, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it is a wonderfully down-to-earth accommodation that has everything you need. Plus, the location is fantastic, surrounded by many restaurants, shops, bus stops, and subway stations. So small space really didn't matter because we mostly stayed outside and enjoyed the night in Hongdae!

The room itself was 10/10 for cleanliness but I found it hilarious that the shower head sits above the toilet seat and the room is literally the size of the bed itself so it's good enough for a few days stay but too small if you're staying longer than 3 days in my opinion. Everything is automated and there's free coffee (I wouldn't consider cereal breakfast) but that's okay, I didn't have high expectations but I was happy with my night stay overall. It's a great location and clean which makes up for the other constraints
