Close to the bus station, which was practical for an early morning trip to Torres del Paine. Mini market and a great bakery/pizza place also closeby. The room itself was comfortable, I only missed the possibility to boil water for tea/coffee and a bedside light.

Our apartment was lovely, and we appreciated them letting us leave our bags whilst we did the w trek. Was all very clean, really good heating system and conforming decor. Downsides were the very noisy construction going on in the yard outside our apartment, which went on until 9pm on Friday and nearly 10pm on Saturday, which felt quite inconsiderate. Also, the apartment was advertised as coming with free breakfast and breakfast was a big factor in why we chose the hotel. However, on arrival we were informed that breakfast was only actually available to guests staying in the hotel rooms, not the apartment (which is actually more expensive). We tried to explain that our apartment was advertised as free breakfast and showed a conversation with hotels.com also confirming it, but she was just dismissive of that. Seemed a silly policy, and very misleading to advertise falsely about offering free breakfast.
