The hotel facilities were good, rooms are clean but you can forget about the beach.
Although i checked in online and gave the approximate arrival's time, the room was not prepared for the number of persons booked, we had to wait for the bed and towels for the 3rd person and even had to call after waiting for more than an hour.
The only person who gave us once a smile during the stay, was one of the housekeepers !!
Honestly, the whole staff needs to be trained.
The food and beverage department needs to be reformed from top to bottom, urgently.
I know, that you get what you pay for, but that's not the accor group standards i used to know.
