**Terrible and Unsafe Experience – I Would Strongly Recommend Avoiding This Hotel**
I had an extremely disappointing and, more importantly, **unsafe experience at this hotel**.
I had booked the hotel for **4 nights**, mainly because it was conveniently located near the exhibition grounds. I was also travelling with a foreign guest, so I expected at least a reasonable standard of cleanliness, security and basic facilities.
Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was so poor that we could stay for **only one night** and had to leave.
The problems were shocking:
• The towels provided were extremely old and worn out — **one towel actually had a large hole in the centre**. It looked as though it had been used and washed countless times and should have been discarded long ago.
• The **toilet and bathroom were in a very poor and unclean condition**.
• Most seriously, while **washing my hands at the basin, I received an electric shock/current**. This is not merely an inconvenience; it is a serious safety concern that could potentially result in an accident.
• The **back door could not be properly closed or locked**. Anyone could potentially enter from the rear at any time. As a guest travelling with an international visitor, this made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
• There was **no working Wi-Fi**.
• There was a television, but **there were no usable TV channels and it could not connect to Wi-Fi**, making it practically useless.
