Lovely loft room in a great location near Piccadilly Circus perfect for pre Xmas city vibes. Breakfast in a restaurant round the corner which was beautiful

The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind.However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!

Great location - easy check in. Room not the biggest but expected that as there was 3 of us with a bunk bed. Checked in but then had to leave after 2 hours due a death in the family - asked could we change to an alternative night or discounted stay again, was told no - disappointed but understood.

Ideal location for theatre trips, shopping, restaurants, China Town and at this time of year Christmas markets and lights. Would work well for a business trip too. Perfect for a short stay with compact but high quality room. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that my room wasn't serviced (bin wasn't emptied and drinks weren't refreshed), but that may have been a one off and had I mentioned it that probably would have been resolved. I was only there for two nights though so I didn't. The room was very quiet at night and the bed was comfy so I slept well. The shower was very effective. Overall I'd be happy to stay again. The hotel was clean, modern and I would certainly recommend it.

The loft bed was terrible, difficult to access, no shelf, scary as felt I could easily fall over guard rail. Room was very clean but lacked a soft rug or something to change on. Overhead shower was a tiny trickle do had to use hand held. Way over priced and would not stay again.

The hotel was excellent — new, with an amazing location, just steps from Piccadilly Circus Station. The area around is beautiful. The only downside was that the hotel wasn’t fully finished yet, as it had just opened the day we arrived. The escalators didn’t work, there was no front desk, and no phones in the rooms to contact reception. Despite that, overall, it was excellent.

I stayed for five days, and since the hotel is located right in the heart of Piccadilly, London, it was extremely convenient to get anywhere. The tube station and a Tesco supermarket are just 30 seconds away, which made it easy to grab simple snacks and water. The hotel opened in October this year, so everything—from the bedding and towels to the kettle—is brand new. The kettle and coffee machine, in particular, felt quite high-end. We stayed in a triple room, and although it was a bit tight for three people with three suitcases, the excellent location made that minor inconvenience totally manageable. The staff were friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out. There was also security at the entrance until late at night, which made us feel very safe. Overall, I was very satisfied. Personally, the only downsides were the slightly weak water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom being a bit too small. However, the perfect location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel easily outweighed those minor inconveniences.

It was the opening day, so checking was very slow. The room was great although a few snags, spotlight hanging out of the ceiling, hot tap in bathroom not running hot. The inside of the window was very dirty and painters masking tape still in situ.

This hotel was brand new when we stayed and clearly not ready to be open yet. The escalators in and out did not work and the windowless room had no working climate control meaning we were boiling hot and couldn't sleep, but couldn't regulate the temperature with any air flow from outside. There were very few staff visible anywhere, with check in handled by machine, and signage was poor so finding our way around was difficult. Overall, good location but for the money would expect a lot better. Disappointed

This is a very minimalist room set up which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for. The extra sofa conversion for the loft rooms is not really a bed it’s just a mat from the sofa setting. Not very comfortable. The biggest surprise was when I encountered what I can only describe as some kind of inadvertent error by cleaning staff. I returned one night after they had cleaned to find my cosmetics bag missing. I addressed it with the front desk in the hopes they accidentally grabbed it somehow while picking up towels. Although there is only one small shelf in the bathroom so hard to figure how it could be disturbed. After repeated attempts to check in they never found it so I inquired about some kind of restitution for the lost goods (the bag and its contents) for what I’d have to replace. This doesn’t even address the inconvenience of not having personal items for the remaining days of my trip or when I returned home. I was told that since security couldn’t show that the staff had made an error that there was nothing they could do for me. Clearly there are no security cameras inside a room. I’m sure people create false narratives about stolen goods from rooms so I understand that there are policies. This isn’t a case of accusing anyone of intentionally taking something. But in a room so small with no place this bag could have gone the only conclusion is they accidentally knocked it into a pile of towels or somehow tossed it with trash. I felt very unserved by the response.

Hôtel magnifique, petit déjeuner même si a l'extérieur parfait et complet. Petit bémol comme beaucoup de commentaires avant la chambre pas prete à l'heure ....et troisième lit pas fait....double erreur pas top a l'arrivée . Mais ou sinon le personnel est agréable.

Vi betalte for ophold med morgenmad, men hotellet serverer ikke morgenmad, og det fik vi intet at vide om. Desuden skulle man selv bede om at få fjernet skrald, få nyt toiletpapir og få fyldt op med the og mælk på værelset.

Nous avons signalé du bruit provenant de la chambre d’à côté. Il s’agissait du local pour l’entretien. Nous avons donc eu du bruit de 6h30 du matin à 21h30 hier soir …. Aucune solution n’a été proposée. Vraiment très très dommage pour un prix pareil. Un excellent point par contre pour la chambre prête dès notre arrivée. Excellente situation géographique également.

Det var fantastisk, mega god service, beliggenhed er fantastisk gåafstand til nærmest alt. Oxford Street, Leicester, Trafalgar, Regent street, alle turistiske steder man skal se er tæt på og man kan gå til alle steder. Vores værelse var super fint, vi valgte værelse med vindue og alt var fint, der var rigeligt med plads og vi havde udsigt lige ud til picadilly Circus. Jeg informerede hotellet om at det var min mors fødselsdag, og de havde så fint skrevet en hilsen på spejlet om happy Birthday. Alt var perfekt, opholdt, værelset Beliggenheden og servicen. Hvis vi kommer til London nogensinde igen, så skal vi bo på samme hotel og book samme værelse med vindue og queensize bed.
