Had the top floor room spacious for adult and young child with double and single bed. Only downfall was it’s the top floor 8 flights stairs so hard work getting up there. For the budget and location very descent. Instructions for code access via digital box on white door down stairs is bit unclear, rang customer service they talked me through and how to get room key from box on door. Very helpful Quiet room and felt like a mini apartment. Could do with some coffee sachets? Only tea All said was great for two night stay

When we arrive I just find out we are located on the Ground floor. However if we open the curtain. Anyone who walk pass can look via from the window. I recommend the room install 2 lays of curtain so it keeps privacy and allow sunlight from window. Also the window do not have safety lock and is not safe. Location still a bit far from centre of town about 15mins walk to shopping mall. When we arrive there is no toilet paper provided in the room. We will have to contact the CS. They don't have a place to store your luggage which is a huge inconvenience.

Low standard room. Lowest price we found, but to expansive release to the services. Windows broken, cant be open. Lock of the bathroom broken too, almost stuck in. Unconfortable old mattress springs. Room cleaned well. Worn out stuff Close to the city center, all needs around. Friendly and helpful staff

great value place to sleep. Simple clean room with en-suite bathroom, plenty of tea and coffee, helpful staff at the end of the phone.

The room was at the top and should have been made clear in advert that it was a hot box room on the top floor. There was no wifi. Fan didn't work. It stunk of cigarettes and the shower gad to pressure. Barely enough pressure to rinse off soap.

The room was basic, but it was clean, tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication from the staff was excellent. About a 2 minute walk from the pier.

Room was ok but shower unusable Starts off freezing then scolding no matter what way you turn the knob. Not good when you’ve been working hard all day

The location was fantastic but the check-in process was complicated. The instructions to enter the property were incomplete. You had to hold your hand over the handle for the numbers to appear before you could put a code in.

Spotlessly clean room, good location and very comfortable. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in by far. I will surely be booking here whenever I am in Brighton

Room was ok. No staff on site. Great location, more like a room in a flat than a hotel

Arrived at hotel to have no keys in box for my room. No en-suite, toilet and shower were on the next landing down from the room. Lino placed over a big dip in the floor of toilet, Shower room next door to toilet didn’t heat up so had to have a cold shower, and the holder for the shower kept falling down.

Do not stay here. No reception. Just a house with rooms and locks on door. Door boarded on outside. Room smelt really bad. Windows don't close properly. Cheap, thin mattress. Burn mark on sheet.
