The staff and reception were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the availability of transportation that takes guests directly to Al-Haram in Makkah, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel feels a bit old, especially the towels and bed linens, which could use an update. However, considering the price, the quality is very good and offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are nice but the place is a little bit far from the haram and the hotel transportation service is not 24/7. Many hotels offer 24/7 transportation from the hotel to haram but this hotel is limited.

Clean room, EXCELLENT staff, there was a glitch in our reservation but they were considerate enough to let us check in and even go to haram while they figured it out. Desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would give them 5 plus stars if i could.
