Had a great one night stay for my daughters softball tournament. This was nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again for the next tournament. You can't beat the price and convenience to everything in town.

My buddies and I stayed here during the Seattle to Portland bike ride. Centralia had thousands of people rolling through booking up all the hotels, but Dakota at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and was welcoming us and everyone else with a smile. After riding all day, receiving great customer service like that is all you can ask for. The rooms were clean and cozy as well. Great stay!

This was a wonderful room. Obviously they have remodeled each room in a clean, fresh way. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again. The reason for four stars is there was no where to hang clothes or suitcase holder. Might be they aren’t finished with rooms yet, hence the great price. Everything was new! Five stars for GREAT VALUE.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The Wifi was useless. Even when it worked it was very slow. The room appeared clean until I walked barefoot from shower to the bed to get dressed and the floor was so dirty that my feet were covered in grim and I had to wash them again.

Pillows are horrible but most of all room was not cleaned well and the tv didnt work with no help of the front desk staff. She didnt seem like she could do anything. We had no do not disturb signs and she couldnt even find one. Shower was dirty and the was spots of marker or paint or something all over the floor

I like that the rooms were clean. However, my room has no remote and no shower curtain. The front desk offered NO assistance. They were more concerned with closing, than helping. If I pay FULL, I expect ALL amenities. Like a comfortable shower.

Check in was easy and the host Michelle was lovely. This is a bare bones motel with live on units on the top floor. Rooms were bare and I would compare this to a no frills grocery store. Towels clean, room floor wasn’t cleaned well enough as after a shower my feet were dirty. No pictures on the wall and the mattress wasn’t that great. I would suggest this for college students or someone they has never stayed in a hotel as then one would have no standards to compare.

Very clean - will be like a motel 6 if they finish refurbish but really awkward right now. It was 7/10 for solo 1-night stay. Arrived 9 pm Sat to a dark parking lot, no lit signage, no lights in office, I drove right past it. A sign on the door gave a street address for the north varsity hotel (a half mile away) and said to go check in there. The room I was in has obviously just been redone, so it was very clean but, like I said, really awkward. Like, nowhere to hang clothes (edit- mgmt says this is coming, but imo they shouldn’t rent the room till they have it). Likewise, bedside tables are probably on the way but for now there is no bedside table except for a very narrow wall shelf, less than 8 inches deep, between the two beds - barely adequate for a solo traveler (water bottle, phone charger, and glasses). There is a single electric outlet under that shelf, so bring a multi plug and an extension cord - no outlets either side of the beds. No plugs over the dresser and desk space either except for a plug behind the microwave. Maybe additional outlets are on the to-do list.
