It is a SCAM- they dont answer phone calls at all, they replied to my whatsapp messages after almost two hrs claiming that my booking is not showing in their system eventhough I shared with them the booking confirmation on Expedia… it turned that they rented out the apartment to someone else and left me and my family in the street for two hrs looking for other hotels, what a terrible experience!!
