A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast.

In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to water, which he did. In addition, the property did not have hot water. when I contacted the owner again, she said look for a hot water turn on. we looked and could not fix this issue. The owner stopped taking my calls and would not respond. This was the worst stay we have ever encountered. The only reason we chose this place was for the included parking and the ability to do laundry, which was not the case. The false advertisement and the unacceptable conditions of no hot water was the reason for our poor rating
