When we checked into the property at around 8pm there was no one to check us in which was done by the room boy. After we got into the room we were in for a big surprise, the bed, mattress and linen were dirty, AC was not working, toilets were dirty and not functional without water. There was no water and all the taps were clogged and rusted. There was no way we could spend the night with family in this hotel and went about searching for rooms in other hotels and found one where we checked in. There was no restaurant facility available even though I paid for breakfast for both the days. We returned back at about 10.30 pm and checked out same day. I would like the money paid refunded and want you to take it forward with this hotel to compensate for the additional money spent
