Staff was fine and was attentive to my inquiries. However, I found multiple different kinds of bugs in my bed (not bed bugs to my knowledge) but multiple different species. my toilet clogged upon arrival - from just pee (sorry for the tmi). I did not stay for more than an hour or so as I did not feel safe sleeping in the bed after finding so many bugs. I do not want to post a public review but I do want some form of refund as I had to book a different hotel for the night.

The stay is amazing for the money. I just have one hang up. I booked this place because it advertised breakfast, you normally think of a buffet or something grab and go. It's a paper bag of food that comes with no utensils or a way to heat up the egg and cheese biscuit. If breakfast is not important to you then this is an amazing place to stay.

The location is good, Union Str. Metro is quite close. Staff are friendly, but were not able to handle loud guests at night. The rooms are too small, there is no space to put anything down, no chair. These are single rooms with an extra bed crammed into it. In the basement is a 'canteen' not heated and quite depressing. Breakfast is some very cheap frozen single packed food which you pick up in a bag at reception in the morning.

The room is very small but we were expecting that. The water took a long time to get warm/hot. The hotel is a bit noisy, but we brought earplugs. They advertised that they served breakfast but there was no breakfast offered. Luckily there are plenty of good food options nearby. It's a decent place to stay if you're not planning on spending any time at the hotel except to sleep.
