However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa. Hotel is very charming and fantastic location. The room was extremely warm and the AC/hearing unit was difficult to use. Shower wasn’t great and the hairdryer cut out every 20 seconds and wouldn’t start again for another 5 mins. However none of this was a big deal and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had really good dessert at the restaurant, though we did not feel very welcomed since we were ordering just dessert and wine. It's very close to the metro so that was nice. You must visit the wine cellar in the hospital next store. Great wine and is super affordable.

The breakfast service felt overcrowded with items not replenished in a timely manner. If you’re visiting during a busy period you may find better options elsewhere, but overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our visit to Strasbourg.

Convenient hotel for the city center, large room for four people. Very poor cleanliness, in the days spent in the hotel, no improvement. The hotel is very well located. Street parking is available but limited and accessible via several parking apps. 24hrs public car park about 200m away, 21€ for 24hrs. Can't comment on the food, as we ate out, but I'd imagine it's good. Room not overly spacious but all essential equipment and very comfy bed. Shower head kept sliding down the pole, which was irksome, but not a massive issue... Staff polite and friendly and helpful. If I'm back in Strasbourg, I wouldn't bother to find another hotel, and I'll eat in one evening next time

Great location but very antiquated furnishings. Expedia says the pool, jacuzzi & sauna are 'perks' but reception told me its 20 euros & reservation needed. Also closed on Sunday when I arrived. But not mentioned on Expedia. I refused offer of 10 euro hustle & then offered free so i took it. Not 1 person there! Also have to exit hotel & walk down street to spa & back in 1 degres weather lol.. hopefully reception will update their information on Expedia for .future guests
