Was upgraded on this visit. A very nice surprise but it was on the ground floor, close to/facing the entrance. Lovely room, very eco friendly. Brilliant location

If you want air-conditioned splendour then this is not for you. If you don't want to spend a fortune but want to be centrally located then it does the job. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a really hot spell and the building was rather warm, but reception provided a fan which helped at night (but we wouldn't have been much cooler at home!). Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was surprisingly good with lots of choice (we enjoyed the fresh fruit, muesli and toast). Be warned, it was full of school parties who seemed to clog up public areas, but there was still plenty of room in the dining area and we weren't aware of any noise at night. So not a place for a luxury stay, but ideal for a few nights in a brilliant, central location (i.e. short walk from the Millenium Bridge).

Great option for a step up from a hostel. The room was nice, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was a great plus. It was easy to walk to Underground stations nearby. Not many options for food late at night right nearby, but places were open a short walk away.

If I had known about this place earlier, I would have stayed here with my family during our time in London. It’s clean, safe, has a great staff, and is in an excellent location—honestly, better than a hotel. Don’t waste time searching—just stay here! Highly recommended.

Great location , beds very comfortable after a day walking around London. Very good breakfast, all staff, from reception to kitchen very nice and helpful. First time we stayed in student accomodations and we were very impressed, if you are going to spend more time discovering London and not spending your time in the bedroom I'd definitely recommend
