Las condiciones del hotel no fueron nada agradables, empezando por la limpieza y la calidad del hotel, no habia personal las 24 horas solamente durante las 11am a 12md

Fantastic beachfront location in quiet area.Very old and rundown but comfy beds,nice staff working lobby.If I was the owner I would start major renovation. Best price to be on the very nice beach.

Less expensive beachfront stay. Older building. Parking very limited. Room was cleaned but had a musty odor. Staff was friendly and reachable after hours.

You can only check in between 4 PM and 7 PM at this property. That was not disclosed before I booked this property. Absolutely terrible that you have a small three-hour window to check in, and if you don’t check in in that time, you are simply out of luck. It is 2026, and if they’re not gonna staff the front desk, there should be an alternate way to check in after 7 PM. Lastly, if this is going to be a policy, then the hotel and hotels.com need to make people well aware of that before they book this property.

This was the Dirtiest Motel I ever seen dirty beds,Roach in the bathroom in ask the lady at the front desk if she wanted to see it she told me no . Picture did not match the room !!!

Very affordable and oceanfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful check in and check out was a breeze. However, the room was dirty with something crusty on the pillow, and food on top of most counters and table. Make up on the bathroom counter and either stained or dirty bed clothes and bath towels. We enjoyed our Holiday weekend stay and the price was fair for the amenities and cleanliness of the room.

Needs some up keep. Room had rust due to doors letting in outside air. Weather stripping would help with that. On day of checkout hard to get a hold of staff. When asked for a receipt didn't have a printer. Overall poor stay.

The hotel was very run down. Did not look like the photos at all. We were woken by bugs crawling all over our stuff.

The only thing this place had going for it was the ocean front view and beach access... I booked a double queen and got a single king. The check in process consisted of me calling a number and the maintenence man showing up. He was very nice. But all I did for check in was write my name, phone number, and booking number on a form, and he picked a room off of a paper list he had. The room appeared to be a king suite, but there were no cups or coffee amenities, and the suite sink was rusted and didn't work. The door had no seal around it, light shines through every side of it, sned there was no dead bolt or security measures. Just a single lock that they can re-key there on site.

the view of the beach was amazing! the walk to the beach is very short. the pool was also enjoyable and clean. they just need some updates around the place and the front desk woman was really funny and nice. compared to other options it’s outdated and is similar in price to some more updated places further down the beach. the room was decently clean but the bathroom is scary - there were two options for water temperature - just cold or burning up hot. there was a great amount of privacy that i appreciated during my stay though.

Rooms were not worth the amount paid even with an oceanfront view. You could literally stand outside and see into the room, there was biological matter on blankets, fire alarm was not plugged in, cops were there every night, toilet wouldn't flush. I could go on, but i believe this alone is enough.

Pictures were misleading and did not match. Also did not feel very safe especially going on the elevator, the hotel needs updating very bad like 5 years ago Only thing I did like was my "beach front" as I tried to make the best of my weekend.
