Absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic and the service everywhere is 5 star! Wilson, who runs the travel desk was super helpful for our tourist stuff too, would visit again for more than one night!

Had an incredible stay at the property. Everything about the hotel was top notch. A big shoutout to the duty manager Saransh soni who found out it was our daughter’s 11th birthday and made an effort to get the room decorated and even sent a card and a cake to the room at night. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. If you want a 5 star stay at a five star property, I would Highly recommend Taj Agra.

The restaurants were very good in quality of food. Breakfast was not bad. Clients kept touching the breads and other items and putting food back on the buffet and the staff said nothing to the customers even after we complained. There was one staff member, his name was Khrishna,(i think, but not too sure) from Varanasi, and he was exemplary in service and manner. He served us dinner the night before at the roof top restaurant and then the next morning we meet him helping out in the
breakfast area. He was amazing.
