The staff demeanor was terrible. While the room itself looked nice, there were several issues. There was only one mirror in the entire room (in the bathroom), the refrigerator wasn’t even turned on, and the TV kept glitching all night — turning off and on repeatedly.To make matters worse, I accidentally locked my key in the room when I stepped out with just my purse and had to go back for my phone. When I returned to the front desk, despite having verification and proof that everything was in my room, the staff member still charged me $10 for a replacement key. The lack of understanding and customer service was very disappointing.
Hopefully in the future, the staff can get on one accord and choose people over policy. I understand that policies have to be in place, but customer service should matter more than anything.Overall, the experience did not match the standard I expected.
