Já nos hospedamos no hotel em outras oportunidades. O hotel é maravilhoso, com ótimo atendimento. O lugar é extraordinário com vista para o vale e araucárias. Nessa última hospedagem o hotel apresentou um problema na caldeira e o hotel ficou sem água quente no final da tarde/início da noite, o que nos prejudicou para os compromissos já previamente agendados.

Me hospedei no Mountain Village, não no Laje de Pedra (pelo que vi deste outro hotel, não gostei). O hotel fica em condominio privado com vista para o Vale do Quilombo. Local agradavel e discreto, podemos utilizar a estrutura do Laje de Pedra. Cafe da manha muito bom, e quarto com aquecimento. Local excelente para crianças, pois tem quarto com cozinhas, grandes áreas verdes, alem de parquinhos, e área recreativa fechada com monitores. O que realmente precisa melhor é a piscina aquecida, pois o local esta precisando de uma reforma urgente.

Lugar lindo, mas decadente.

Fomos colocados em um quarto que apresentou problema de esgoto. Por isso nos colocaram em um quarto maior. Tamanho excelente, mas as crianças ficaram mal acomodadas devido a falta de sofá cama.A mais velha foi obrigada a dormir no chão. Falta manutenção no mesmo (paredes com infiltração, aberturas mal vedadas, ar central barulhento). Na última noite não haviam arrumado a cama das meninas. Depois que chamamos a camareira mais 40 minutos para vir. Não reposição dos itens de higiene, tive que requisitar. Vamos anualmente ao hotel e nos causa muita tristeza em constatarmos a decadência do espaço kids e da piscina térmica. Uma pena mesmo.

Até gostei do hotel, porém creio que deva ser feita uma manutenção na piscina, recreação e limpeza nas cortinas. Muitas paredes mofadas e o cheiro de mofo é forte. Outro detalhe que acho muito chato nos hotéis é que quando a ocupação não é tão grande não servem o café no formato de buffet e sim no quarto ou direto na mesa, porém sem a mesma variedade e quantidade. A comida é gostosa, muito bem feita.

Você ficaria em um hotel sem café expresso?

Como sempre, solicitei quarto tranquilo em andar alto e travesseiros extras. Somente fui atendida no primeiro e segundo quesitos. Na recepção solicitei mais de uma vez travesseiros, sem sucesso. As luzes laterais da cama estavam queimadas.Solicitei a troca. Primeiro veio um Sr. verificar se não era mau contato. Levou as lâmpadas. Outro veio (meia hora depois) com lâmpadas que não se adequaram. Efetivamente trocaram, mas não sei precisar quando, pois já havíamos saído para jantar e eles não haviam trocado neste ínterim. Café da manhã bom. Excelente bolo de laranja. Sem máquina de café expresso no hotel, o que é imperdoável para este tipo de estabelecimento. Poucas opções, ou melhor, quase nenhuma de lanche no final da tarde, sem café ou cafezinho.
