This was one of my best hotel stays in a long time the front desk Haylee was incredible. The valet service Giovanni was perfect they really took care of my car. The restaurant food was great but the service from Audrey was impeccable.

Nice hotel with great amenities such as the rooftop swimming pool, exercise room, coffee bar and cafe style restaurant. However, the room could have been cleaner. Long hair in the vanity area of bathroom and pretzels found on the sofa and on floor under drapes. Expected room to be cleaner when paying $300.00 a night.

We loved the rooftop bar and the room was well designed. We could walk to every place we wanted to go so it’s a great location!

The team were all excellent, from the front desk staff to the valet! Fantastic location. The hotel is fun and has a delightful scent as soon as you walk in. The only drawback is the street noise; plus, we were on the fourth floor, and it sounded like people were tap-dancing above us. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.

The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.

The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!

They charged our card soo many time we go locked out. Each time it was charged it was a different amount. After the first day we told them, nothing happened. Which led our car to being locked by our bank!! It’s very frustrating to say the least.

There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly any parking downtown Chattanooga.
