Skøn lejlighed, fantastisk personale og lækkert pool område. Lidt langt fra byen og stranden men med mulighed for at leje cykler har det ingen betydning. Bilen stod godt i parkeringskælderen. Et stort 9-tal, som let kunne have været 10 med to små forbedringer: 1: Aircondition slukker om natten så i højsommeren bliver der meget varmt meget tidligt om morgenen 2: Madras og hovedpuder er for faste/hårde for vores smag. Kæmpestort plus at hotellet har fokus på miljøet!

Ihana ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä aamupala. Sijainti hyvä, pääsi helposti ja nopeasti bussilla keskustaan. Vuokrasimme polkupyörät, joilla oli myös kätevä kulkea ympäriinsä. Uima-allas siisti, mutta poreallas ei toiminut kovin hyvin. Varasimme kaksi Deluxe huonetta, joista toinen ei ollut Deluxe huone. Vessankansi oli puoliksi irti, suihkukoppi todella pieni ja kylpyhuoneessa haisi hieman ummehtuneelle. Deluxe huone taas oli hieman paremmassa kunnossa. Ilmastointi eli omaa elämää, eli ilmeisesti respasta tehdyt säädöt vaikuttivat tähän. Ilmastointi sammui itsestään illalla/yöllä, eikä sitä saanut takaisin päälle. Myöskään lämpötilaan ei voinut vaikuttaa. Ilmastointi piti myös todella kovaa ääntä, mikä sinänsä kyllä haittaisi monia nukkujia, jos se yöllä toimisi. Kaiken kaikkiaan palvelu oli hyvää, mutta olisi toivottavaa, jos mm. ilmastoinnista kirjotettaisiin sivuille, että ne on respasta säädetty tiettyyn moodiin. Tämä on itselle tärkeä asia hotellia varatessa, kun päivälämpötilat ovat yli 30 astetta ja yölläkin on yli 25 astetta.

Mysigt boende bland vingårdar och olivlundar. Poolerna var bra temperaturer och rena och fina. Vi hade två rum med balkonger till varje. Det var ca. 1km gångväg ner till den lilla hamnen och Gardasjön. Bäddsoffan var inte så bekväm, hade änskat en bäddmadrass.

We had stayed at the executive apartment. A renovate apartment. The apartment is very nice and clean with 2 bedrooms and additional bed sofa. Lovely pool near the hotel. No breakfast was included in our reservation and the rate for having one is 15eur per person. We decided to buy one at the supermarket. The owner was really nice and trying to help, however, they provide you with small soap and toilet paper for the entire stay. I was quite surprised to found out that we will need to buy soap and toilet paper… The hotel is 10 min walk from the city centre, although 2 min by car, and there was a comfortable parking place in the city center. Overall it was nice staying, but those little inconveniences were annoying

I would have to give this hotel a mixed review. The reception staff, pool and breakfast were wonderful, but there were some issues with the room. The air conditioning only worked intermittently and not during the night and when my bed collapsed during the night (a pull out bed to make up a triple room), instead of receiving an apology, I was asked not to ‘jump on the bed.’ I’m a 51 year old woman and unlikely to do this! Also we hired 3 bikes which were not in good condition with poor brakes.

We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). By far the most disappointing part of our stay was the continual argument with the hotel reception staff about the air conditioning. The hotel information clearly states that all rooms are air conditioned - which they are. However, we realised the air conditioning is controlled remotely by the reception staff who decide how warm or cold the rooms should be and override the setting you choose. Consequently we had several nights of poor sleep as we were not allowed to turn the air conditioning down. Our stay was in one of the hottest months of the year and we were told that we should just open the windows to let in the fresh air - and mosquitos! We had many utterly ridiculous conversations with the staff who simply could not understand why we wanted to be able to control the air conditioning or have it cooler than 21 degrees at night. They were also inconsistent, sometimes saying that the air conditioning was broken and waiting for an engineer, then saying it was because it was ‘fresh’ outside and that they are an ‘eco hotel’.

Personalet var hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Det var et smakfullt og veldig rent hotell. Fine rom og bad. Sentralt. Brukte ca. 10 min å gå ned til stranden/ sentrum. Fine turmuligheter i umiddelbar nærhet. Vi hadde rom i 3 etasje med fantastisk utsikt mot fjellene. Anbefales! Aircondition slo seg av på natten et par ganger og da ble det varmt og dårlig luft på rommet. Dette var noe som ble informert om ved innsjekk. Det var ikke mulig å ta ac lavere enn 22 grader og om det var kaldere ute enn inne, ville ac slå seg av, noe som skjedde på natten. Alt i alt et flott hotell!

Litt langt å gå til gamlebyen, ca 20 min. Det er en fantastisk resturant ca 100m bak hotellet. Hestebiff på menyen, godt men veldig seigt. Anbefaler well done. Særdeles hyggelig betjening 10/10. Helt ok rom med liten balkong.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig gelegen, hat einen tollen Pool und Whirlpool und das Personal ist super freundlich.Es gibt sowohl aussen Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage mit gesichertem Fahrradraum. Das Zimmer ist für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt super. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier aber werden wieder kommen und dann länger bleiben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas.Wir können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Von uns 5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht

Great experience and service!

Excellent hotel on a relatively quiet street in Riva del Garda. Their ecological concept was very interesting to experience. The rooms were spacey and very clean. The breakfast was served in a clean and careful way, although nothing fancy. The staff was very friendly and helped to with tips and recommendations. We had a wine and oil tasting of their own production and that was a highlight, we did buy a couple of bottles to bring back home. Recommended to anyone who would like to be in Riva del Garda!.

Fint sted lidt uden for byen. Det tager ca. 10 min. at gå til søen - og yderligere 10 min. at gå til centrum af Riva. Fin garage til biler og cykler. God morgenmad.
