The room is, in many ways, quite decent, and, if anything, very spacious.
However, the entrance to the building was littered with trash, and the entry door to the Comfort Rooms is left permanently unlocked, which makes it feel less safe than it actually is.
In addition, the building is currently dealing with a cockroach infestation, and a pest control team is coming in to deal with this in the coming weeks. To me, not informing guests about this when they're booking a room, so that they can make an informed choice whether to cancel their booking or not, or to opt for another room in the main hotel, is rather problematic, and the main reason as to why I'm not writing a raving review of this place.
All in all, if you're just here to sleep, the bed's comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the fact that some rooms come with a balcony is a major plus.
Keep in mind, though, that if you need any help - e.g. if the AC isn't working - the staff is in another hotel, 300 meters away.
