Staff was pleasant but my door code wasn’t working for the first 2 days. The staff had to escort me to my room and enter their master code. A bit uncomfortable but eventually they were able to give me a key fob that didn’t worked at first but eventually it did.

I really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here at least four times over the past year. The location is excellent, with plenty of great nightlife options nearby. The valet service is affordable and easy to use, which is a huge plus. The on-site restaurant and rooftop bar are definite highlights and really elevate the overall experience. That said, I do think there’s room for improvement. The bathrooms could use more towels—most hotels typically provide at least four. Additionally, $75 per day for housekeeping feels excessive; if they must charge $20 per day seems much more reasonable. Since the Circ operates more like an Airbnb-style property, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies (such as a broom or Swiffer mop) for guests to use during longer stays. Lastly, there used to be a microwave in the lobby—please bring it back!

O hotel é bom, os quartos são limpos, boa estrutura, camas boas. GOSTEI. Porém; não existe muita organização na chegada ao hotel, pois existem 2 portarias lotadas de carros, os manobristas são grosseiros e não sabia como acessar a recepção do hotel. Existe o hotel e um prédio residencial. Precisava de uma senha pra acessar o hall do hotel, e outra senha pra entrar no elevador e nas suítes. Achei tudo muito confuso, apesar de achar o hotel bem apresentável.
