We had great weather. We were close to a lot of different things to explore. Being right by the bus stop was very helpful. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

This was the perfect hotel for our weekend in Split. The staff was very helpful with guiding us to the best beaches and restaurants and the room was very nice. Super central with only 5 minutes to the old town and around 10 minutes walk to the harbour. Only thing missing was a toaster at breakfast but I’m sure they will fix that as the hotel only opened a month ago.

Loved my stay here ! The room was lovely, modern and stylishly appointed, likely done just recently. Staff were warm and provided excellent service, great with recommendations for restaurants, activities and a running trail for my morning jog. A great spot, easy walking distance to everything and a public car park nearby for those as concerned s put parking as I was.

Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe zum Diokletianpalast. ca. 5 min zu Fuss. Die Zimmer sind gut, gross und bequem. Das Einzige was man besser machen könnte, ist das Hotel anschreiben. Man erkennt es nicht als Hotel. Keine Tafel / Logo am Haus. Gefunden habe ich es nur über die Adresse.

Vi hade en jättebra vecka. Det man skulle kunna förbättra är ytterdörrarna, det var svårt att stänga, fick slå igen dörren och det var störigt när folk kom hem sent på natten. Annars var frukosten jättebra och personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Samt nära till det mesta.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the various attractions in Split. It is new so they seem to still be working things out. Various items didn't work in the rooms - toilets running constantly, no interior locks on the doors, etc. I think once they work out the kinks, the hotel will be a good choice for travelers.

Séjour d'une nuit avant de repartir sur la France. L'hôtel est très propre et très bien placé. Vous êtes à 3 minutes de la vieille ville en marchant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. Nous étions 6 et avons décidé de ne pas prendre le petit-déjeuner à 25 euros (c'est un choix financier car le petit-déjeuner avait l'air très bien) mais juste en bas à droite de l'hôtel, vous avez un petit bar qui propose des petits déjeuners largement suffisants. Pour le parking, vous avez des places de stationnement payantes sur l'avenue. Ce fût un très court séjour agréable.

Everything was pretty great. The building was nice; everything was new and in great shape. Nice clean beds, good AC. Gym was very nice. Staff we're willing to help and the bartender is a great guy. Only negative was some of the quarks: key card readers we're finicky and the shower controls were difficult to work (although they do work after some figuring out). Also the shower was setup so that water gets all over the floor if your not careful because there is no lip and the shower was open to the rest of the (very nice otherwise) bathroom.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t let us cancel one of our nights even though we had booked months in advanced. Never shared breakfast was included or wifi. Acted as if it was an effort to hold our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. No hospitality.

The hotel is completely new, so there isn't much to criticize. It is clean, modern, and everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient (about an 8–10 minute walk to Riva), the rooms were comfortable, and the lobby bar was a nice addition. Cheap parking on the street. Only 12 Euro for 24h. The only minor issue was finding the hotel. There was no visible name or sign on the building, which made it a bit difficult to locate. So thumbs up from me.

Unfortunately, my first impression of the room was disappointing. I paid more expecting a sea view, but there was no sea view from the room. The air conditioning was working well, but the room itself did not feel properly prepared. Even the shower had an issue—the shower knob was not working properly, and I had to hold it in place. The building is beautiful and relatively new, but it needs much more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and detail. I expected better preparation and accuracy, especially for the price we paid. The staff were pleasant, but overall, the room and service did not meet the standard I expected.

The hotel is well maintained and has a good location, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing. During our four-night stay, our room was not cleaned or serviced even once. We also had an unpleasant experience regarding breakfast. The staff were quite rude and accusatory, insisting that breakfast was not included in our booking. Hotels.com confirmed that breakfast was included and even tried unsuccessfully to contact the hotel. Once we showed the hotel the confirmation from Hotels.com, the issue was suddenly resolved. The location and condition of the hotel are good, but the lack of housekeeping and the way we were treated regarding breakfast unfortunately mean that we can only give 2 out of 5 stars.

Det var rent, moderne, effektiv airconditioning og svært hyggelig personale. Frokosten var enkel, men personale var på tilbudsiden hele tiden og lagde flere retter dersom det var av ønske. Lystett på rommet. Et utmerket hotell som jeg gjerne vil besøke igjen.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were of a very high standard, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The staff deserve special recognition for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of fresh and high-quality food. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the flexibility and service provided by the hotel. Check-in was available until 11:00 PM rather than 8:00 PM, which was very convenient for our arrival. On the day of departure, we were able to store our luggage after check-out, and because we had a late flight, the hotel kindly allowed us to use the gym shower before leaving. This level of service was greatly appreciated and made our journey home much more comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 😊
